Meet The Doctor
Dr. Shurtleff was born and raised in Harrisville, Utah. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University in 1979 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1983. He has been practicing family dentistry in the Ogden area since 1983. Dr. Shurtleff enjoys hiking, running marathons and spending time with his family. He and his wife Janet have 4 children and 1 grandchild.


About us

We provide all dental needs for the entire family including pediatric and geriatric. Our professional, caring staff wants our patients to feel as comfortable as possible during each visit. We offer sedation dentistry, which includes NitrosOxide, oral conscious sedation and options for general anesthesia. We also offer cosmetic dentistry and professional, safe teeth whitening. Our office hours are Mon - Thurs. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We're a provider with most major dental insurance plans and offer no-interest payment plans in office and with Care Credit. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
