I have had a lifelong interest in personal development, goal setting and achieving excellence. In 2005, I was introduced to some powerful personal development concepts derived from the life work of Master Hypnotist Milton Erickson.
Since beginning my study of hypnosis, I have been able to help clients lose weight, improve their sleep, overcome fears, break habits, prepare for athletic competitions and performances, increase their income and reach their goals. I have received formal training in a variety of hypnotic modalities, including Kappasinian, Ericksonian and Elman hypnosis through HMI and the American Hypnosis Association. In addition to hypnotic techniques, I have enrolled and completed training in imagery, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, habit control, weight management, goal achievement, general self improvement and fears, among many other areas.
