Mindful Medical & Spa is a full service spa combined with an office-based procedure center located in the lower level of the Circle of Life Women's Center. We offer a full range of medical spa services as well as office and cosmetic procedures including the following: massage, pedicure, manicure, facials, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation including microdermabrasion, chemical peel, IPL and Microablative CO2 laser resurfacing as well as Botox and Filler injections. Office procedures include endometrial ablation via Novasure and HTA, Essure Permanent Birth Control and other gynecologic procedures, VNUS Vein Closure, and Smartlipo.
